From the warmth of the afternoon to the glow of sunset, ASADO unfolds as the sky shifts into deeper tones and the grill takes center stage. ASADO is Sundays’ ritual, where fire, flavor, and ocean air come together in a relaxed beachfront setting.

Held every Wednesday & Sundays from 2 PM to 6 PM, ASADO celebrates the art of open-fire cooking, inviting guests to gather, unwind, and enjoy a slower pace as the afternoon drifts into sunset.

At the end of every month, Celebrate Sundays brings together music, entertainment, and the natural beauty of the shoreline, unfolding from golden afternoon light through sunset and into the night—ending with a fireworks display over the ocean. Each edition carries a different mood, shaped by the season and the energy of the island, offering guests a reason to return and celebrate the month’s final Sunday by the sea.
